Each project begins with a thorough review of the specifications for the specific rod in question. With the provided table, you expertly apply rod guides with precision, operating a foot pedal (similar to a sewing machine) to wrap the thread and carefully trimming it close to the rod.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination
- Proficiency in handling fine details, both manually and visually
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and adhere to specification guidelines pertaining to Sage fly rod production
COMPENSATION
Range: $20.00 - $20.50. This is the range for the introductory base level of Production Associate.
Shift time: M-TH, 7AM-5:30PM - Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!
Growth to other Production levels is encouraged, and training offered, to build you to your professional goals.
Benefit package: Far Bank employees (and their families) are able to enroll in Medical, Dental, and basic life insurance. Also, employees will be able to accrue 3.38 hours of Vacation for every 80 hours worked (2 weeks/year) and 1 hr. sick leave for every 40 hours worked (~52hr/year).
