* 1st shift - Hours 5am - 2pm Monday - Friday. Overtime as production needs warrant.
We're looking for a team member to join our manufacturing assembly team that is involved with microelectronic components.
Duties can include manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to check work, sitting and standing for prolonged period, following detailed written work instructions from a computer, using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformance in FOS, and performing rework.
Individual will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics.
Required Skills
- Job duties require hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
- The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work as needed.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process and to perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Effective time management skills are a must.
- 6 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Related experience working in a manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace. or defense industry environment.
- Conformal coating experience.
- Microelectronic assembly experience.
- Screen Printing Thick Film Conductor and Dielectric Paste experience
- Dry Film Photolithography experience
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma/ Kaizen
- Experience working with a diverse array of personnel
- Thorough safety focus
- Positive attitude and teaming skills needed
- Demonstrated work ethic for continuous improvement
- Team member should be able to accomplish daily work tasks with a minimum of supervision.
Typically Requires:
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
