Job Summary:

Lead, create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Effectively communicate up and down the organization. Experience in related fields is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead second shift team by example, via strong work ethic and accountability standards
• Establish and maintain standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Enforce attendance and timeliness standards
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare business performance review and re-evaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with business
• Other as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science; Operations Management a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership and role model abilities
• Strong communication, organizational and motivational skills
• Ability to multi-task fluently
• Effectively work with multiple groups within the business
