We are looking for an experience Lead Person for a manufacturing company in Corona area.
2nd Shift 2.30p, -11:00pm Mon- Fri
The Lead Production role involves managing the work of others, reporting to management and delegating tasks to ensure work is done in
a timely matter. the lead will report directly to the task manager, be responsible for daily coordination of assigned task and assist in hiring training and scheduling staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise workers in filling/ packing production line,
must meet production output requirements.
Prepare and discuss daily status reports.
supervise a team up to 10 workers.
Schedule a variety of projects so that the projects are completed in a timely manner.
Promotes GMP policy and product safety.
Performs duties such as routine inspections and packaging products.
Must be able to wear protective clothing such and hair net, uniform, rubber soled shoe gloves, long sleeve shirt and earplugs.
