We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team. As the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure efficient store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid understanding of basic math principles for inventory management
