Location : USA/ Canada/ Europe
What You Will Do:

• Develop an incredible product that delights customers
• Craft a meaningful product roadmap and evangelize your product vision with stakeholders across the company
• Work closely with product marketing, customer success, sales, and customers to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and convert it into actionable insights
• Create strong KPIs to closely measure success of each initiative
• Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross-functional scrum team responsible for managing the product backlog, defining, documenting, and communicating objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to build prototypes of the product. Validate the features being delivered are solving their intended business objectives
• Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation, to planning, execution, and validation
• Regularly communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders, technology partners, and internal teams

You'll Succeed With:

• 4+ years of experience within the hospitality industry (product and hospitality)
• 4+ years proven record working on and delivering SaaS applications and solutions that leverage technology to create delightful user experiences
• Experienced with all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, setting measurable adoption goals, project planning, overall execution, and iteration.
• Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers, as well as other stakeholders across the business, both speaking and in writing
• Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions

Bonus Points For:

• Past experience building and delivering products and solutions within the travel space
• MBA or other graduate-level degree
• Certification in Product Ownership through either Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org. This could be either Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills

Compensation: Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be between $120-150K
