Job Description:
- Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position
- Local candidates highly preferred
- 1st shift position - flexible start from 6am-8am; some possibility to WFH some days
- Will need metatarsals for the first day.
- Role is entry level - manager is open to recent grads but would prefer someone with a 1-2 years experience.
- Product testing experience is preferred. Manager is open to recent graduates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with product design level team
- Plan and coordinate testing w/in design team
- Execute field testing plans
- Participate in weekly meetings, benchmarking
- Work cross functionally across various teams
4 year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience - manager is open to recent grads but prefers some experience
What skills you need:
- MS Office experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to develop and execute test/analysis plans for product verification and validation
- Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests
- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results
- Ability to write clearly and concisely to document test procedures and communicate results
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.
- Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience with Reliasoft (preferred)
- Experience with product development and knowledge of the overall process (design, analysis, testing, and mfg.)
- Ability to accurately diagnose cause and effect of issues
- Experience with digital data acquisition systems
- Experience with Riding Lawn or UV equipment
