Job Summary
Leads the team in supporting the purchase of construction equipment and operational commodities for Equinix's data centers.

Responsibilities

• Supporting building annual Procurement budget & investment asks

• Supporting quarterly re-forecasting and planning of available funds for all category leads

• Monthly & quarterly variance analysis to planned/ actual budgets

• Establishment and updating of cost and savings tracking process. Includes: Refinement of savings definitions, managing savings input and approval process, supporting updates to savings tracking tool and reporting dashboards

• Facilitate approvals/alignment meetings with FP&A and budget owner stakeholders on savings across ~$500M treated spend

• Create and update quarterly savings and cost flash reports and socialize with FP&A leadership 

• Support updates to executive decks for presentations to leadership, including yearly budget deck

• Support development & execution of financial inventory management

• Set up external supplier cashflow and automated process management

• Expand IBX operations financial database management and project expansions (financial planning)

• Support financial tracking & reporting for sustainability programs i.e., NetZero & E-Waste

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in finance or procurement support, preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
