Job Description:
- Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activities. Maintains information on computer systems and troubleshoots administrative issues. May place purchase orders as requested.
- Utilize software systems such as PeopleSoft, CONTROL, MS Office, EXPO and/or other financial systems.
- Maintains subcontracts files, logs records of invoice, subcontract orders, property reports and other related documentation.
- Interface and build stable working relationships with Subcontract managers, quality engineers, material management and program office regarding subcontract demands.
- Tracks all Subcontracts through CONTROL reports, works matched exceptions, open commitments, RDR's, RTV’s, SDR’s, RMA’s and Problem Reports/SCAR’s.
- Interfaces with receiving and accounting to resolve issues.
- Perform subcontract/purchasing functions of requisition processing; Supplier search; Shippers, etc.
- Provides training and guidance to Subcontract personnel about Control and PeopleSoft accounts payable system.
- Act as a mentor to lower-level peers and provide guidance on tasks.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with Government Programs is highly desirable.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with Excel; Control, People Soft and Accounts Payable is highly desirable.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel including creation of pivot tables, use of VLook-up and Concatenate formulas is preferred.
- Proficient understanding and utilization of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Learns new software applications and processes.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $54,000 - $72,400. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
