Job OverviewThe position of Process Systems Coordinator will assist the Business Process team with creating, reviewing, editing, implementing and organizing internal processes and procedures. To engage with functional business owners as well as various teams, and ensure that documentation is up to date and available for all users. To provide clarity and direction on all Business Processes and facilitate best practice.

Job OverviewThe position of Process Systems Coordinator will assist the Business Process team with creating, reviewing, editing, implementing and organizing internal processes and procedures. To engage with functional business owners as well as various teams, and ensure that documentation is up to date and available for all users. To provide clarity and direction on all Business Processes and facilitate best practice.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Document and evaluate existing processes
- Identify and challenge risks and issues in business processes and systems
- Identify and analyze business processes to be improved and propose recommendations for improvement
- Analyze implemented changes and adjust workflows accordingly
- Implement stages of business process improvement initiatives
- Perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
- Develop and create documents that include process outlines, training manuals, workflows, and implementation flowcharts
- Minimize process errors and inconsistencies while maximizing profits and saving costs
- Work with various teams and their tools to ensure company policies created are implemented and followed.
- Familiar with M1 or ERP system
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Camtasia, flowcharts, Audio Editing software (i.e. Audacity)
- Business Process Analyst or equivalent experience preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills
- ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP Certification or demonstratable experience with business analytics and creation of processes
- Degree in Business Analytics or relevant fields
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
