Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

The engineer will be responsible for mainly 14nm FINFET foundry products management as a product owner, including yield improvement, problem solving related with low yield, in line trend shift and new product (NPI) set up which demonstrates SAS capability in performance, yield, and reliability on new products and supporting customer engineering interaction. The scope of the position is mainly 14nm node and beyond. The Goal of the job is to set up new product and enablement of risk and mass production. Successful candidate will be able to meet foundry customers' expectations for performance, yield and reliability. The Process Integration Engineering (PIE) team is focused on incoming technology transfer, production, new product introduction, yield improvement, stop loss reduction, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements. As part of the Advanced Node Process Integration team, Engineer will work on the process integration task for 14nm and beyond nodes in a high volume production environment.

Specific Job Duties:

• Leads projects related yield improvement, BKM implementation, new product introduction, cost saving, stop loss reduction, cycle time reductions and other process integration KPI improvements.
• Prefer 14nm FinFET technology experienced engineers.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments.
• Uses software to analyze data including statistical analysis; Consults with senior level engineers on experimental results in order to make decisions about large-scale changes.
• Lead or Participate in Task Force Teams.
• Responsible for critical or complex steps or layers in the wafer fabrication process.
• Develops Change Point Management Plans.
• Communicates technical information to senior leadership outside of the department through presentations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Workdays and hours: 1st-Shift.
• Understanding of all semiconductor process modules including Fin, Gate, SD, RMG, MOL and BEOL is required.
• Requires detailed communication with manufacture and multiple engineers who assist in the setup of critical parameters in the module. Need understanding of customer interface skills.
• Coordination and delivery of customer sample lots with desired speed and quality to fulfill customers' request. Need understanding and integration of pFA,defects, CP Yield analysis and de-bugging. Some preparation for customer interactions will be required.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Shift:

• Work days and hours: 1st -Shift, Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm.
