Job Details:
All pharmacist positions at ExactCare Pharmacy are expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed and verified. Additionally, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the proper dispensing of all medications filled at ExactCare Pharmacy to ensure the correct and safe supply of medications are delivered to each patient. They will own the pharmacist verification process of the ExactPacks and medication additions going out to patient homes. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills and follow up.
Responsibilities
Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s
Communication with healthcare professionals and making sure that the Dr. call line is answered
Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met
Other duties as appropriate

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active state of Texas Pharmacist license in good standing
Experience with pharmacist verification work
Clinical Judgement Expertise
Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus
Ability to work flexible schedule
Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners
