Location:
US - Atlanta & Richmond (The resource will need to travel between these two locations).

Role
The role is of a Principal Consultant - Business Transformation Services.
The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value.
It uses in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyze/ capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary, perform fit gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies, resolve complex requirements.
Provide consulting support to solve business problems focused on Financial Services - Banking & Capital Markets domain for our global clients leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets.
Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects.
Work proactively with Client stakeholders to refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces.
Also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge. They identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any.
Leverage tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.
Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts
Key Skills Required
Strong consulting skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.
Financial Services (Banking & Capital Markets) Domain Expertise including Mortgages and Consumer Finance, Cards, Account Services, AML and Fraud.
Exposure to Automation tools and frameworks - Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism, Openspan/Pega, Automation Anywhere), Business Process Management (IBM BPM, Pega, Oracle, Software AG etc.)
Demonstrated experience working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities with exposure to Process Modeling tools like ARIS etc.
Flexibility to ensure working hours overlap with operations team as required to identify and execute transformation activities
Basic:
MBA from a Tier college with minimum defined grades and at least 10 years of experience after MBA in the fields related to the Job Description.
Preferred:
Strong Consulting and program management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies
Experience in Consulting / Big 4 firms
