Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking for a Preventive Maintenance Technician whose position is accountable for performing the following predictive maintenance tasks in a Safe, Professional manner.
Job Description
- Perform all checks according to the preventive maintenance report
- Complete the reports after performing requested task or repair
- Maintain all equipment in good and clean condition
- Assist maintenance mechanics to perform repairs on machines
- Accurate and efficient collection and analysis of data using more than one predictive technology
- The subsequent generation of work order tasks based on the analysis results
- Attend and successfully complete certification classes in relevant predictive technologies
- Work with management to suspend operation of any equipment determined to be at risk
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Support and/or participate in the organization’s Continuous Improvement Programs
- Proactively participates in Client’s Safety Program
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills Required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in maintenance or similar environment
- Good working knowledge of tools and test equipment
- General knowledge of machining equipment
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- Interact and share knowledge with others in a team environment
- Planning and problem solving
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- TRAINING:
- Quality Management System and Indoctrination
- Plant required, New Hire Safety Training
- Product training as needed
- Customer specified or supplied training, when required
- Job specific procedures, work instructions, forms and processes (if applicable) and as needed per QMS revisions and updates
Additional Requirements
- Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, sitting, lifting up to 30-50#, squatting and walking for 8 to 12 hours per day.
- Exposure to Production Environment on a daily basis.

- Safety Requirements:
- Must wear required personal protective equipment when in designated areas
- 1st Shift:
- Monday – Friday 5:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday 5:00am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- Starting at $15.00/hr and more depending on experience
