Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ plus years relevant work experience in demand/supply planning.
Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written skills.
Job Responsibilities
Create a rolling multi-week maintenance schedule; maintain backlog records by trade, region, and route
Maintain future workload forecast based on client input
Conduct weekly maintenance/operations scheduling meetings; participate in maintenance/production meetings
Manage planned system/facility outages and communicate planned outage/weekly schedules
Identify and request parts; manage maintenance/operations documentation; manage quoting activities and update information in programs and other Management Information Systems
Acts as a liaison between employees and any outside vendors needed to resolve specialized problems.
Ownership of capital planning process
Manage the RFP and vendor selection process to ensure efficient sourcing of materials and services
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
Strong end-to-end business process, analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skill
Experience utilizing complex Excel formulas and functions to build and update reports and Relational Database
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work in a dynamic fluid environment and effectively cope with change
Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining work quality with various locations and team members
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex issues in a concise and logical manner
