Pipefitter

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Pipefitter to work for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems.

Pay Rate 
$23.92 per hour

 

Schedule and Hours 
3:30PM Until 12:00AM

 

 

Pipefitter Duties and Responsibilities 
• Review engineering drawings prior to all manufacturing operations
• Test pipe systems and conduct quality control to ensure safety and functionality
• Complete work in a safe, productive, and efficient manner 
                 

 

Pipefitter Qualifications and Requirements 
• Preferred 1-3 years of ASME Code Fabrication or equivalent experience 
• Pass 1G ½” Carbon Steel ASME IX SMAW (7018) welding test
• Demonstrate ability to perform basic math functions used in heat exchanger fabrication
