Job Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Residency trained in General Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Breast Surgery
• BE/BC in specialty
• Interest in teaching and clinical research a plu
Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

- The Rochester location is an extension of a large and growing breast practice in southeast Michigan and part of a team covering a region of breast cancer patients. Would be part of a large area with over a dozen screening mammography locations.
- Hospital privileges at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital and Ascension St. John Hospital
- Eight support staff in the practice
- Office hours Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Growing consults and pre/post op.
- Participates in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules, and academic programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested.
