Physical Therapist - School-Based

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Independence, Missouri to hire Physical Therapists. School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $38 - $40 an hour
- Monday - Friday with all school holidays off
- Bonus: $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new full-time SHC employees
- Hours per week: 7.5 hours/day Monday-Thursday (4 day per week schedule)
- Start Date: 8/2023
- End Date: 5/2024 with option to extend for future school years
- Location: In-person
- Full-time 30 hours per week school-based physical therapist.
- Will also consider part-time candidates.
- K-12 caseload.
- As a specialist in movement the Physical Therapist will assist the students' physical participation in a variety of settings throughout the school day
- Assigned schools may include various grade levels
- May be asked to travel between school locations, mileage reimbursement will apply if Physical Therapists work between multiple school locations

- Missouri Physical Therapist License
- American Heart Associaton BLS
- Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
