JOB DETAILS:

Full-time Physical Therapist for inpatient and outpatient services. Flexible weekday schedule with 4-10 hour days available, limited weekends, No Holidays.

JOB DESCTIPTION:

Seeking highly qualified Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services in outpatient clinic and inpatient units. Great opportunity to treat and provide hands on services to a broad patient population with diverse diagnoses ranging from general orthopedics to neurological deficits. Our rehab team strives to provide quality care in a caring and fun environment that optimizes outcomes of the patients we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Physical Therapy license in State of Indiana or eligible for application
• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork skills and participate with Interdisciplinary Team planning and problem solving
• BLS for healthcare providers
