FYZICAL Lakeville is seeking a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join our new clinic in Lakeville, Minnesota! Our practice is located in a newly renovated medical facility. Our modern facility has all brand new equipment and brings in the best atmosphere! The practice breakdown is estimated to be approximately 70% orthopedic and 30% balance/vestibular/neurology.
Our ideal Candidate is an Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of PT experience preferably in an outpatient environment but that is not required. This is a GREAT opportunity for someone who wants to build their own team and grow within our company as we expand.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program (bachelors, masters or doctorate in physical therapy)
- Current or eligible for Minnesota state physical therapist licensure
- Minimum 2 years experience as a physical therapist
- Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability to perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge evaluations
- Construct and deploy evidence-based treatment programs within the therapist’s scope of practice and knowledge base
- Supervise PTAs, ATCs, technicians, and students
- Work well in a team-based setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in treating balance and vestibular patients, including sports concussion; for therapists with orthopedic expertise but limited vestibular/balance background, additional training and continuing education will be provided
- Clinical experience preferred (including administering)
