Physical Therapist, Cincinnati, Oh Area W/Bonus

We are currently seeking a fun and creative Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in the Cincinnati, OH area in an Assisted Living (AL) and community environment.

Job Description:

The Physical Therapist (PT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations, subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising PTAs. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. Flexible scheduling while maintaining full-time status. This position is per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
