Job Qualifications:
- Up to date Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
- Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
- Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.

Pay: Up to $80 per Visit
Sign on bonus: $2000 Full-time/$1000 Part-time
