Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of various lithography related processes systems including photomask manufacturing, resist technology, wet etch process, opto-mechanical systems, and metrology and inspection equipment.
- Will have the ability to work collaboratively with production and quality personnel assuring orders are completed on time and within specification.
- The individual will have the ability to aid in the oversight, development and modification of all manufacturing processes.
- The candidate will review product requirements with the manufacturing staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods, as well as, compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variation for process or material specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
•Performs production relevant processes relating to assigned production equipment.
- Images hard surface and emulsion photoplates utilizing high-end photolithography imaging tools and contact printers.
- Performs processing, inspection and metrology related functions to support production processes.
- Establishes necessary process controls, control techniques and process metrics.
- Partner with Equipment Maintenance in the development, documentation and scheduling of preventative maintenance procedures, and assist in the resolution of equipment problems in a combined effort to maximize equipment availability for production
- Performs and documents maintenance schedules.
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Education/ Work Experience
The candidate must have a minimumof two years related experience in photolithography or Photomask manufacturing.
Salary: Salary will commensurate with experience.

Pay: $20.78 - $25.02 per hour
