Those who pass their interviews then submit their credentials and onboard at the facilities of their choice before completing any applicable orientations for their specialty. Requirements for Phlebotomist

• Minimum of 2 years full-time phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting required. Experience must be within the last year. Experience working with neonates preferred, not required. 
• Must have completed a phlebotomy training program, certification required. 
• Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent bedside manner. Electronic Health Record experience, preferably with Epic is a plus. Experience performing nasal swabs required in the outpatient setting. 
• Credentials: ASCP certification preferred. 
• Please note you will be asked about your COVID vaccine status at the time of your interview. Vaccine guidelines vary between facility partners and geographic regions.
