Job Description
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician IIto fill an opening with a Fortune 500 company in Chandler, AZ.
Daily Responsibilities for Dispensing Pharmacist:
- Record and verify prescription information, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations, and assist in the processing, preparation, and dispensing of medications.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering drugs and supplies, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate records, while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm
- Requires H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Must be sharp on the phone and the computer!
- Minimum of 2 years of Registered pharm tech experience. Pharm Tech training experience (through employer programs i.e. CVS) does not count towards 1 year experience requirement.
- Current State Registered Pharmacy Tech License
Preferred Qualifications for Dispensing Pharmacist:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board certificate preferred
- Experience with pharmacy adjudication platform
- Experience with backend fulfillment
- Experience in dispensing pharmacy setting preferred.
- Bilingual preferred
