Pharmaconic is a recently established network of pharmacies servicing the New York / New Jersey areas. Our main focus is to work with prescribers in order to provide affordable, patient oriented care in various disease states and specialties. This role is a great opportunity for individuals entering the pharmaceutical space for the first time as well as seasoned professionals.
We are looking for sales representatives to introduce our programs to prescribers and manage accounts.
Candidates must portray qualities of presentability, professionalism and possess strong communication skills.
Base salary $4,400/month . Tiered commission structure once gross revenue hits 50k per month.
Sales Development Representative
- Research and compile data of Providers' offices, clinics and other medical facilities to identify eligible-potential clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to validate potential client eligibility.
- Handle in person meetings with local physicians.
- Scheduling appointments with target Doctors, clinics and medical facilities.
- Communicate with sales team peers and upper management to conduct subsequent client sales meetings.
- Build, Maintain, and retain successful client relationships
- Properly educate physicians on Pharmaconic's services and how they can better patient care.
- Meeting or exceeding all performance goals, on a consistent basis.
- Thoroughly and accurately recording all sales information into System.
Additional skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zoom, understanding of CRM/ATS systems
- 1-2 year of experience in similar field
- Bachelor's Degree- Biology, Biomedical Marketing, Healthcare or similar education
- Demonstrated sales/pharmaceutical background preferred
