POSITION SUMMARY
The Inspection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection process and working to ensure
that the company goals are met
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work towards building & strengthening relationships with jurisdiction
Communicate with the customer throughout the inspection process
Problem solve & provide support to members of the team with any issues that arise
Ensure that all field workers have the set of standards for the inspection process and have the
ability to recognize issues on site to reduce and improve the cycle times for approved
inspections
Fill in where needed to ensure the process continues to flow smoothly & efficiently
Seek & maintain a complete understanding of each jurisdiction’s specific requirements
Ensure that both the office & field representatives maintain a professional level of
communication with both the customer and inspector
Document project progress on the appropriate tracking platform
Schedule all inspections with both the customer as well as the appropriate jurisdiction
Prepare all necessary documents and photos needed for inspections & review to address any
potential issues prior to the inspection that may result in a failure
Track and organize inspection results
Work closely with the installation managers to address & resolve any construction related issues
Ensure the proper documentation is onsite & available for inspectors
Perform other duties as assigned by management
