Performance Guarantee Reporting Analyst - Rebates
The Performance Guarantee Reporting Analyst - Rebates will be responsible for supporting the financial and accounting specific
functions of the company as they relate to the rebate process. This position has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and understand client contracts with an emphasis on financial contract terms and performance guarantees
Analyze diverse statistical data in accordance with contractual agreements
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly manufacturer submission files, within the time restraints outlined in
the manufacturer contracts, for all lines of business
Receive, acknowledge, investigate, and address any follow-up requests and inquired from manufacturers subsequent to
file submission
Coordinate with accounting in the creation of monthly and quarterly invoices
Perform quality control of the point-of-sale rebate program through the user maximum allowable cost (UMAC) system
managed by Trade Relations department
Maintain client plan listings for the submitted lines of business
Collaborate with the trade relations team to develop a detailed understanding of the manufacturer contracting process
Prepare Commercial rebate reports by client accurately and within departmental and contractual timelines on a monthly,
quarterly and annual basis as deemed necessary
Prepare annual client rebate reconciliation reports accurately and within departmental and contractual timelines as well
as other contract required rebate reports
Prepare periodic utilization requests in support of contracting
Assist with manufacturer audits as requested
Conduct and/or report on special studies and investigations
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematical, statistical or financial discipline

Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, identify, research and resolve issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work with peers in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 to 3 years' reporting, financial or contract analyst experience
Crystal, MS Access and SQL programming knowledge and experience
PBM contract, auditing or pricing experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Includes a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
