Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We offer speech, physical, and occupational therapy services in an outpatient clinical setting. We focus on quality care through a collaborative and supportive team environment, investing in your professional development, and reasonable caseload expectations. We treat a multitude of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding delays, speech and language delays, and more. This is a full-time, salaried position with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Salary is based on years of experience. Occupational Therapy licensing in Idaho is required. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Schedule:
- Our Caseload expectation is 75% of work hours is dedicated to treatment. For example, in a 40 hour work week 30 hours would be spent providing treatment. As a result, the majority of our therapists enjoy a 4 day work week!

Responsibilities
- Evaluating and providing treatment for pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Documentation of evaluations and treatment sessions
- Screenings of children to evaluate their needs for therapy and provide recommendations as needed
- Supervising COTAs as needed
- Evaluating sensory processing skills and developing sensory strategies as part of a team in collaboration with other disciplines to assist in improving the Child’s overall performance
