The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person or through remote access.
- Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Training computer users.
All candidates submitted must have a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalency. All proposed candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years IT experience
- Prior PC build experience
- Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment.
- Well versed in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Familiar with PC Windows OS prior to and including Windows 10
- Desktop Support Skills
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Customer service and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- IT Certification is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50+ pounds of technical equipment.
- Bachelor's Degree
