PC Technician-Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a skilled PC Technician to join our team. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of computer systems and ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved promptly.

Duties:
- Provide desktop support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Analyze and remedy network connectivity problems, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and LAN
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
- Assist with software troubleshooting and installation
- Collaborate with the help desk team to address user inquiries and provide technical assistance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and virus scans
- Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and installation
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP), LAN, and DNS
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and explain technical concepts in a clear manner
