JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for answering, and routing phone calls using the Hospital communication system. Responds to emergency calls and alerts appropriate personnel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience: Must have excellent communication skills with previous experience in the operation of a PBX communication system preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to function independently with minimum supervision.
License/Certifications: N/A
Equipment: N/A
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
