KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Runs transfer reporting for all properties.
Every Friday prepares payroll reporting for transfer by Payroll Analyst.
Enters and balances deductions and adjustments into Mass Entry.
Reconciles payroll prior to transmission by Analyst and validate confirmed reports.
Researches variances/inquiries and maintain payroll mailboxes for payroll department.
Records data concerning transfers of employees between departments and properties.
Inputs miscellaneous payroll data, stage payroll records to interface with payroll system.
Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Responds to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.
May be asked to perform various other clerical tasks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required.
Minimum two years of payroll experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of computer software; MS Excel, Access, and Project, Infinium.
Attention to detail and numerical skills.
