Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking, self-starting experienced professional to provide full time and part-time support in the Human Resources Department. Join a rapidly growing company as the Payroll Clerk to manage corporate payroll and provide HR support. A willingness to execute basic administrative tasks and to work closely with management is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of staff and company information.
  • Coordinate closely with team members from all facilities to ensure accurate and timely collection of timekeeping information.
  • Upload timekeeping data to payroll system.
  • Process payroll according to payroll schedule.
  • Knowledge of multistate payroll and employment laws.
  • Communication to temp agencies and sending out weekly hours.
  • Other job duties as assigned by management.

Job Duties :
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Assist in processing accounts payable
- Assist in applying payments to customer’s account in Quickbooks online
- Assist in creating AP Bills in Quickbooks online
- Assist in processing requests for reimbursements
- Assist with Fronted Fee reporting
- payment runs and postings - 2-3 times weekly
- Prepare other reports as directed by finance and operations manager

Job Requirement
- Personal Computer with printer
- Working part time/Full time
- Must be ready to start work immediately 
- $12 hourly + plus tips
