Under the general supervision of the ROM, The Patient
Service Technician is responsible for the delivery, set-up, patient education,
and pick-up of DME Equipment. Patient Service Technician are responsible for
keeping organized with delivery/pickup tickets along with updated Delivery
Track on unsuccessful & successful deliveries made.

Presents SuperCare through professional personal appearance and patient care

Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all

- Must be 21 years of age
