The Patient Benefits Specialist is responsible for providing expert guidance to patients regarding their benefits, as well as entering trackable data. They will build strong relationships with clients and coworkers within the company to problem solve and coordinate patient needs, track communications and updates within the company's CRM system, provide outstanding customer service and seek ways to improve patient satisfaction. The Benefits Specialist will also conduct and follow up with patient satisfaction surveys. Task completion and future follow-up calls will be required in this role to meet the individual needs of the patient.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to patients regarding their medical-card benefits.
- Enter data and track it.
- Build relationships with clients.

Qualifications
- General customer service experience is required.
- Telephone communications experience is preferred.
