Form of workMAIN FUNCTION: Schedules patient appointments into the computer system at the request of physician’s office; obtains accurate demographic & procedure information.
Promptly and professionally answers calls.
Updates patient demographic information in EMR.
Schedules patient appointments.
Communicates with physician office staff on patient concerns.
EDUCATION: High school graduation or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2-3 years previous office experience required; medical background preferred. Computer literacy required with experience in word processing, Knowledge of medical terminology required.
SCHEDULE: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 3pm-11:30pm
