Passionate Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation, serving and other tasks as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a POS system
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work well within a team

Pay: $18.68 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
