Position Title
Production Specialist (Full-Time)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of our production process, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing and shipping. This position will require cross training in different areas of production, giving you the opportunity to learn certain types of machinery and expand your skill set.
The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and a diligent self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in quality at all times. The successful applicant should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours and Compensation
~ Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
~$20 - $23 per hour (depending on experience)

Minimum Qualifications
~ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
~1-3 years of previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
~ Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with demanding standards for quality and productivity.
~ Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
