JOB SUMMARY: Work with customers to determine what they need/want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Take incoming calls, assist customers in determining, selecting and purchasing escalator spares based on customers’ needs, product specification, and regulations. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory of parts and supplies
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill parts requests and resolve issues
- Provide customers with quotes and pricing. - Create purchase orders
Skills:
- · Experience in Power Transmission industry preferred.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
-Able to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
