Partnership Account Manager
Position Overview
The Partnership Account Manager will be responsible for supporting Partnership Account activities for 23XI Racing and development of strategic alignment to 23XI Racing’s partners business objectives and program goals.
This position will involve building and managing relationships with potential/existing partners; and providing strategic guidance. The role will also play an integral role in overall partner and revenue growth for 23XI Racing. The ideal candidate must have marketing strategy experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in the day-to-day of partnership management and partner responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives; driving 23XI growth by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for partners
- Support document creation, updates, and internal process management
- Execute partner programming through planning, development, execution, and measurement
- Cultivate relationships and network with partners, interfacing directly with partners
- Collaborate with other departments including marketing, social and digital media, public relations, etc.
- Guide partner decision-making across short-term activation strategy and long-term portfolio strategy
- Maintain strong relationships internally with key departments that impact and work with the partnerships team on a daily basis
- Ensure contractual obligations and fulfillment of partnership assets
- Assist partner account leads with duties including partner functions, programs, marketing plans, and activations on and off the track
- Serve as an at-track representative for VIP guests and potential partners
- Support on pre, monthly and end-of-season reports to assist in assessing overall effectiveness of the current partnerships
- Track industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities
- Support the on-boarding of new partners and projects
- Produce effective and well-designed partner-facing materials including presentations, reports, recaps, etc.
- Participate in concept ideation and brainstorms
- Lead weekly status calls with partners
- Synthesize partner feedback and offer best-in-class examples, continually revising programs to fit our partner's needs
- Assist the Partnership Management team with creating unique activation ideas for prospects and identify/share industry best practices
- Participant in select organizational projects including special events, new initiatives, and/or key annual programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required in Sports Administration, Business, or a related field
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of brand marketing, marketing agency, or sports/entertainment property is ideal
- Experience in a Client-Facing, Sponsorship Management, Sales, or Marketing related role is preferred
- A passion and interest in the power of sports, entertainment, and culture
- An understanding of sport marketing and sponsorship activation
- Strategic planning and marketing strategy experience
- Consistent track record of managing and renewing major accounts
- Strong strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading or participating in strategic discovery activities with partners is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, demonstrate eagerness to learn and take directions, pay strict attention to detail, and see tasks through completion
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Ability to be creative, work independently and effectively
- Ability to interact with a wide spectrum ranging from entry-level through to C-Level
- Ability to establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with partners, co-workers, and vendors.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task between projects and meet required deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Willingness to travel. Regular travel required, must be able to manage business while traveling for work, including attending races and traveling for meetings, conferences, etc. as needed.
