This role is an onsite role and our office is located at DePaul Hospital, Bridgeton, MO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they show up for their appointment
- Update demographic, guarantor, financial, and insurance information as necessary.
- Scanning in documents, as needed
- Obtaining signatures for consent and others, as applicable
- Collecting payments, as needed
- Answering department phone and providing support
- Working with other departments to best support the patient and their care

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to travel to other locations, if needed
