**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Host Check-In:**

- Greet hosts upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Efficiently check hosts in, confirming reservation details and addressing any inquiries.

2. **Rules and Regulations:**

- Clearly communicate venue rules and regulations to hosts, ensuring a smooth understanding of expectations.

- Answer questions and provide guidance on event guidelines.

3. **Event Oversight:**

- Monitor events to ensure compliance with venue policies.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

4. **Custodial Duties:**

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces during and after events.

- Perform custodial tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.

5. **Customer Service:**

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting hosts with any special requests or concerns.

- Act as a point of contact for hosts throughout their events.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Weekend availability is required.

- Reliable Transportation.

**Working Hours:**

This is a part-time position primarily on weekends, with flexibility based on event schedules.
