Job Description
We're looking for a Part Account Manager to help us drive success in our manufacturing operations in Foothill Ranch, CA. If you're organized, personable, and have a background in manufacturing, we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of 2 to manage part orders efficiently.
- Primarily handle emails (85%) and occasional phone calls (15%) to customers and internal departments.
- Utilize your manufacturing expertise to calculate the burden/profit margin using an easy formula.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes to clients and document the entire process.
- Maintain open communication with various departments (Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Sales) to keep them informed about order progress.
- Excel in using MS Excel and MS Outlook; familiarity with Sage 200 is a plus (though not required).
Qualifications:
- A strong background in manufacturing is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Experience with Sage 200 (optional but advantageous).
