Painter/Handyman

Duties:

- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in vacant residential properties
- Handle general maintenance person duties such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Complete remodeling projects, including drywall repair, painting and a variety of other rehab projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Proficient in various maintenance person skills such as caulking, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to work order and follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
