Hours: 10pm - 6am. Friday & Saturday nights. Additional shifts may be available on Thursday and/or Sunday nights, based on hotel needs.

- Cleanliness: Responsible for cleaning hotel public spaces. Stocks housekeeping supplies and linen. Responsible for delivering housekeeping related items to guest rooms.
- Guest Service. Accountable for superior guest satisfaction and completes guest requests, as needed. Guest requests typically include: delivery of towels & amenities; delivery and setup of roll-away beds & cribs; and light maintenance requests.
- Safety/Risk Management: Conducts & Logs safety & security property walks, every hour from 10pm - 3am. Ensures that all guests are adhering to overnight quiet hours & family conduct policies.
- Special Projects: Completes special projects, as assigned by management.
- Meeting Room Setup: occasional need to setup and/or breakdown meeting room setup. Moving of portable tables & chairs, general cleaning of space.
- Self Management: Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. Adheres to CSM attendance policy, grooming and appearance standards, and general work rules and department procedures. Attends all required department and hotel meetings. Responsible for proper use of all equipment and supplies.
Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift. Significant bending required.
