DAY TO DAY AS A OVERNIGHT CALL SPECIALIST
As an Overnight Call Specialist at FirstLink, prepare yourself for a fulfilling experience. As a new team member, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and prepared to handle any situation. Each day, you can expect to answer incoming calls from individuals seeking guidance and support, whether it's a crisis situation or simply someone in need of a friendly ear. Working the graveyard shift, from 12am-8am (with two consecutive days off), you will be part of a dedicated team that never sleeps. ARE YOU THE OVERNIGHT CALL SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
