Outside Sales Representative (Remote)

We are looking for outside sales rep with in-home sales experience to join our team. Whether you have 2 months or 10 years of in-home sales experience, you will still qualify for this position. You are provided a base salary and commission, and this is a 1099 position. You will be provided between 1-4 preset appointments everyday Monday through Saturday. These appointments are generated through tv and internet marketing only. That means no telemarketing, cold calling, door to door, or mail in fliers are used. These prospects are interested and ready to buy, and every person you meet with will either have cash in hand or approved credit scores. The average sale rep can sell 40-50% of these appointments, and each rep sells an average of 5-6 per week. If you are an excellent sales professional, you can expect to sell well over the average.

Highlights

• Earn $600 to $700 commission per sale, and base pay on top of that

Process for interviewing & onboarding:

1. Apply for this job. Expect to hear back from me within a day or two.
2. Initial interview. This is a discovery call, 10-15 minutes
3. 2nd interview. I will provide my final decision. At that point, we will schedule you for your in-person training.
4. Confirmation call before training *Very important*
5. Attend in-person training -- This training lasts 2.5 days. Training is at a designated hotel, and your hotel will be paid for. You are required to check in the day before training begins.
6. Start selling! Be ready to start working appointments immediately after training. All appointments are assigned via text the night before.

Requirements:

• Any amount of in-home sales experience. If you do not have in-home sales experience but years of sales experience, you are still qualified.
• Reliable transportation -- you will be driving to and from appointments
• Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, and social security card (exceptions can be made for those without a social security card)
