Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative for Smashed Cannabis, you will be responsible for generating revenue and establishing a strong presence for our brand in the New York State market. This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for the cannabis industry and a proven track record in Outside Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Smashed Cannabis's market share in Florida State.
Identify and target key accounts, dispensaries, and retail partners to establish and nurture relationships.

Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the cannabis industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Product Knowledge:Stay informed about Smashed Cannabis products, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Smashed Cannabis products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide education on cannabis regulations and compliance.

Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications:

Experience:Proven track record in Outside Sales, preferably in the cannabis industry.
Experience working remotely and independently.

Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with cannabis regulations and the evolving landscape in New York State.
Passion for the cannabis industry and a strong belief in the benefits of cannabis products.

Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Self-Motivation:Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Technology Skills:Proficiency in using CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other relevant sales technologies.
