Position: Outside Sales Manager
Location: Fort Myers & Miami, FL – Dual Location Position (VEHICLE PROVIDED after training)
Duration: Full Time
Salary: $150,000 base per year +Revenue Bonus

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating a team of sales representatives to generate new business, guide homeowners to completion of their roofing project, and help them understand how to make a lot of money!! This position will start out requiring the leader to spend 80% of their time to help with the hurricane's aftermath. Financially, this is a life-changing opportunity!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance of all sales and account follow-through within an assigned region
- Partner with internal resources to recruit, train and retain an effective sales team
- Responsible for ensuring the proper sales process is being followed
- Responsible for ensuring all steps in the account management process are being followed
- Responsible for motivating, celebrating, and holding their team accountable
Qualifications & Skills:
- Comfort with working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently but in a team environment
- 5 years of management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
